Shift Coaching works in the context of your business including your business strategy, key priorities and corporate values. We incorporate your competency model into our program and customize our approach to include your current leadership training program. We work with your leaders and teams to change and grow through increased awareness of self and team.
Leaders will explore their strengths and gaps as they apply to their business realities. Our projects work in a structured format. We coach within your organization’s system by integrating coaching concepts into their repertoire of management skills and develop their coaching proficiency. We work with your leaders to create a learning agenda and provide a practice field for experimenting with new behaviours and solving problems in a holistic manner.
We encourage leaders to practice these new behaviours to the point of mastery and develop support structures to maintain them resulting in improved performance and optimization of the leaders individual and team potential.
A typical Leadership coaching program involves 4 phases, Leadership Predictor Assessment series, Context+Content [Learn-Do-Coach], 360 Degree Feedback and Context+Content [Learn-Do-Coach]. At all stages of the program we are acquiring intelligence about your organization and we bring forward these insights to keep the program on track, uncover any systemic issues and accelerate the change and growth process.
