Leadership personality assessments are essential to understand the personality strengths and development needs of each leader in relation to the organization’s current environment, culture and strategy.
Leadership personality assessment results are the best predictor of future leadership performance. Almost invariably the impediments to progress of individual leaders are a result of personality enablers and value differences, not because of skill deficiencies.
We will be using three proven leadership personality assessments that are currently used globally by national and international companies and organizations.
We make use of several diagnostic assessments for measuring where a team is with respect to two critical elements of high performing teams, positivity and productivity.
The Team Diagnostic and the 4D-System are the team assessments that Shift uses to understand the strengths and development needs of the team in relation to the organization’s current environment, culture and strategy.
