Our focus is clear. We offer leadership and team coaching services. We are based in Toronto, Canada servicing companies across North America.

Founded in 2003, Shift was formed to address a gap in the market for an integrated coaching solution. We know coaching works, but the reactive way most companies use coaching – selecting from a list of unrelated individual coaches – is inefficient and doesn’t give the full benefit a coordinated, context-based approach provides.

Our clients range from Fortune 500 employers to small, entrepreneurial organizations. Big or small, as long as they have people we can help. We take the time to understand our clients, their businesses, and how they function. We combine the client’s business needs with our focused expertise and methodologies to help them get to where they want and need to be.

We work in the context of the business, taking a holistic perspective integrating the assessment feedback, corporate objectives, management input and the company culture into the process enabling organizations to get a total development solution. Our projects work in a structured format. We coach within the system, at the leadership, team and company level.
