Team of Coaches

We have a highly motivated team of business coaches that have senior executive experience and are familiar with navigating the corporate waters. Our coaches are able to draw on the varied skills, backgrounds and experience of each other providing our clients a powerful resource. They work as a results oriented, aligned team to provide a unified, consistent approach to delivering exceptional leadership and team coaching services.

Our coaches have been certified through leading coaching institutions, such as Adler International Learning, Royal Rhodes University, Center for Right Relationship and Coach Training Institute, all programs are recognized by the International Coach Federation. All of our coaches have senior executive experience which supports them in working with clients in the context of their business. Our coaches have university education and several have post graduate and Doctoral degrees.

Based on the training that our coaches have received and their abundance of practical experience coaching leaders in organizations they have become well versed in both current leadership and team coaching methodologies. They are all well versed in the Shift coaching methodology which is based on a wide range of philosophical, psychological and current leadership theory underpinnings.

Since we select coaches based on the context of the project and the individual leaders to be coached. The coaches will be matched with the leaders based on the information provided by the client regarding each individual, the Leadership Predictor Assessment Series and our experience.

Susan Pahl

Susan Pahl is founder and president of Shift Coaching Inc. Susan is an Adler trained Coach and an Organization Relationship Systems Coach with 20 years domestic and international business experience. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Susan understands complex organizational challenges due to her extensive senior executive experience. Susan has demonstrated success in working with both leaders and teams in the corporate environment.

Susan developed the Shift Coaching model to address a gap in the market for an integrated coaching solution. The outcomes Shift clients have experienced with this approach have been dramatic and the value added universally applauded.

My continuing passion is to part a curtain, that invisible shadow that falls between people, the veil of indifference to each other’s presence, each other’s wonder, each others’ human plight.
